That's 4 points from 2.
Good start to the 10.

7 points from 3, we've almost surpassed some peoples expectations already, with 7 games to go

This is a great return folks and as said a run of 10 where we can hopefully cement a place in this league.

This run of 10 all of a sudden is a run of 7 games now.

I'm very wary of Boro this Saturday though. I made that horrendous journey up there and they pissed all over us with pace and power. By all accounts they are a better organised side now under this manager. I know we were poor that day, but their attacking prowess left me fearing a double figure beating.

After the great start to those 10 games, I'd see a point as a bonus on Saturday. There are plenty much more winnable games to come. In fact I'd rather back us at Brighton than Saturday.

Game at the weekend will be the toughest out of the past 3 i reckon, I'd take a point now but after the way we played last night there no reason we can't go and get all 3.

We won't be out-muscled in defence now - teams will have to play decent football to beat us, and we have found our scoring boots again.  OK we can always have a bad day, but at least we have seen that this squad can compete....

From what I've seen of the 2, I would also say Brighton is easier than Boro, but anything can happen on the day.

It's not so much the muscle that worries me IDM, it's more the pace and combined with power, we (like most teams) struggle. I would back AM and BK over Jones/Mcombe all day when it comes to defending pace, but they are by no means excellent. Blackpool caught them out a few times (and Tamas) with pace. That said our forwards and midfield look better at defending that type of deeper ball. Let it all unfold on Saturday.
We certainly have reasons to be optimistic

The lads will want to keep things going. Should be a cracking match on Saturday.

Well after 7 from the first 3 games, we have now got 9 from 7. Proper slipped up in these last 2.
We'll do well to get the 13/14 I predicted now, never mind talk of 20.

You should be happy,,, you expected us to lose every game. So were exceeding your expectations.

'Nearly' every game.
And unfortunately we've lost a heck of a lot more than we've won :-(

Just Watford to go and 12 points from the 9.
Won 3, Drawn 3, Lost 3.
Decent mid table form, it'd be fantastic to get to 15 on Tuesday night.

Agreed Andy.

I'd be more than happy for a bottom club to take 4 wins, 3 draws and only 3 losses from those 10 games.

It's all relative and comparable to our rivals and nobody has overtaken us and if anything we have drawn others in.

That said, my original write up was for a confident win, but it seems Watford are far better than when we played them away. I'm still saying a win, but then again a draw would not be a bad thing neither

Watford don't have a great record away since the new manager has taken charge, no away wins in 6 i think, 4 draws and 2 losses i think. Anything other than a loss will be good. Looking at the fixtures i can't see Barnsley and Yeovil picking up points but I didn't think Millwall would beat Derby.

Charltons run in looks tricky to say the least....and obviously I think they're in last chance saloon with the Powell sacking.

I note Everton have recalled Lundstrom too from Yeovil

If we win tonight and the results go our way, then coupled with the above factors Yeeeee Gods may be starting to smile on us

To the next 10. How many points do we'll have and will it be enough going to the last game.

Will 1pt per game from here be enough?

I think 45 will be enough to stay up this year. 3 more wins.

Play like we have in the last two and we could win all ten. Play like we did in the two before and we could lose all ten. Such an strange league this
