Terrible if Brown got injured say after 10 mins were screwed pieterson no where near good enough for this level

It is disappointing we haven't got one in time but like PD said I'd rather wait and get the one want, remeber this game doesn't decided if we go down or not.

True, but it could be another 3 points down the pan. And 3 points at the end of the season will be all that decides it IMO.

We've had nearly 2 weeks to sort a striker out poor from dickov last week and today are games we need to take points from

Well if the players aren't available for whatever reason or just don't want to come there's not a lot he can do is there... I don't know what people expect.

Someone said on Radio Sheffield last night, he can have all the contacts in the world but if the loaning club or the player doesn't want it to happen then there's nothing Dickov can do.

exactly this! If Hull don't want to decide until next week, should Dickov say "f**k it, I'll get someone else in then"?

Every team in the bottom half of the Championship is after a prolific striker were way down the pecking order , get a grip & be patient clown

It's not something that has suddenly happened in the January transfer window, we've needed a striker all season

Dickov has signed two strikers since being here. Robinson, who is now injured, and Macheda who has returned to United. I would argue that it has become a priority in January.

Dickov had four strikers: Brown, Robinson, Macheda and Paynter. Whether you think they are good, bad or indifferent he had four strikers in his squad. Problem is they all got injured.

This,

Robinson got crocked, and Macheda wasn't the same after injury. Please mrfrostsdad explain when Dickov should have replaced Robinson, who he signed in the first place? The time is now, this window, and as ios widely reported he is trying to get one in.

Please explain what else you expect him to do?

Robinson cost £150,000 and has scored 5 goals in 18 league starts. Over a full season, that would be 13 goals, which is a decent return. Put it this way, only Billy Sharp and Paul Heffernan have had a better scoring rate for us in the Championship since we went up in 08.

I was delighted for Browny to get two goals today, as no one works harder for this team. Shame his 2 at Charlton didn't count against his tally when that game was abandoned.
