Off the top of my head there was the dreadful 1904-5 season when our away record read Won 0, Drew 0, Lost 17

There have been many seasons where we have won only 1 away match, including some when we were not even relegated. Will check later.....

Just checked, and in all our league and Conference seasons we have never failed to win a match outside of Yorkshire (except in the BST discounted season of 1904-5).

We did have some trouble travelling any great distance in the consecutive 1956-7 and 1957-8 seasons. The three away league wins in 1956-7 were at Rotherham, Huddersfield and Notts County, and our only away league win in 1957-8 was our last Tier 2 away match for 50 years - which was a 5-0 win also at Notts County.

Like this season, there were no away wins in any national cup competition in 1904-5, 1956-7 and 1957-8.
