So the official advice is "stay indoors and avoid exertion"

Just a normal day in Stainy then   :chair:

Did they say "drink plenty of fluids" as well? That's advice I ALWAYS take notice of!  ;)

Pollution...

All around.  Sometimes up, sometimes down, but always - around.

Pollution...

Are you coming to my town, or am I going to yours...

On a serious note though, I've struggled at times this week - perils of being quite a bad asthmatic.  I knew nothing about it and had been moaning about why my chest was so bad....

I've just put the recycling out before going to work and it's as bad as ever in Bradford.
It will be a misty drive into Leeds again.

I can see the Hesco stand at Elland Rd. from where I work.
I'll be seeing tomorrow morning from work and then drive past it on the way to the Keepmoat.   :scarf:
