Disapointing, with his work for the Bluebell wood charity and all that I would have hoped he'd not be so daft as to video something like this.  That said, he is only human though.

Not sure what Rovers will do regarding his links to the club, ATM they're probably waiting to see how things go in the media.

Is it me or does it all seem a bit 'set up', like they have done it on purpose? No idea why they would like.

I was wondering that, but in his role with Bluebell Wood I just think it's too far.

Pop star...joint...someone will accuse him of having his way with the ladies next...
Why are some so serious?
He's a young lad growing up in the big, wide world for goodness sake.
Have some people never had a life other than supporting their local football club.
And I doubt whether Bluebell Wood, or any other charity, could care less where they get their money from.

I disagree, I think he's foolish to put himself in this position I think organisations who are linked to him will be considering their future with him.

It's now legal over here in several states. It's OK for MPs and journalists to get mullered on coke, shag prossies or go dogging on Clapham Common, but god forbid a young lad has a spliff....

Well I hope Doncaster Rovers is not one of them.

It's alright to go out on a friday night and get pissed out of your mind, but having a spliff is a massive no.

I can't believe weed is still even an issue in this day and age.

That being said, I wouldn't want our players getting stoned before a match!  ;)

Try being a taxi driver when someone gets in your cab and they stink to high heaven of the stuff, I have n't got a problem if folk want to smoke it, but imposing their disgusting smell on others is a big issue with me

Must have been a no news day.......... or a PR stunt - all publicity is good publicity..

As long as he passes his beep test in pre season - I'd give him another year...... and I don't think Bluebell Wood will give two hoots.

But then surely you could say that about anyone who smokes or just in general smells BO wise?

The paper reaction to this today is pathetic by the way, especially the one with his Dad involved.

Looks like they have expired reading a bit about it. Louis reportedly used the N word, possible USA ban and band members travelling in separate planes....

Here's my take, a famous TV blue peter presenter was sacked following reports of drug abuse. If that is the correct thing to do, then these children's entertainers should dissappear. They are not rock stars.

Would he not be banned from football as he would fail a drugs test? Silly thing to do (we have all done something daft) but to film and post online was always gonna get him in bother

Big deal... Youngster smokes a joint.
Yes it doesn't look good from a legal perspective. But in my generation and those younger than me, it's no different to getting pissed on a weekend. There is no harm In it in my opinion as long as it doesn't stop you from going to work, or effect your life then there is no issue.

Is it only me that actually considers the fact that he is supposedly a role model to millions of impressionable young people world wide? You only have to look at twitter to see that his followers deem it "cool" and acceptable... It's not acceptable, i for one have never touched the stuff. I disagree strongly when people state that it's ok because he is young...

It is the first drug that takes young kids down the long lonely road of drug addiction, they start on that, and move on to worse and worse stuff, that impacts on neighbours lives, family.
It ruins young kids with potential and turns them in to thieving gets, who would knock you down for a fiver.
The smell of it lingers in every pore of whoever smokes it,sick of smelling that sweet sickly smell everywhere you go now.
And the damage it does mentally isn't good either,if it's the last resort and that's all that works for pain someone is in fair enough,my village is obliterated by zombies wandering looking for something to nick,i'm totally against it.

And there you have the perfect reason for legalising it and making it cheap so people don't have to turn to criminal gangs to get their preferred drug of choice at stupid prices. Cut crime dramatically, raise taxes and put an end to criminal gangs getting rich, tax-free. Same old same old I'm afraid, folk seem oblivious to the cost of alcohol related crimes but are happy to jump on something they don't understand and never will.

I feel some people need to get a life. The attitudes of certain posters is no doubt a by product of the politically correct, health and safety conscious world in which we now live in.
Mary Whitehouse must be smiling.

I'm an occasional marijuana user. Have been for about 20 years. I find it helps me to actually focus, funnily enough. It also opens up creativity.

I'm not saying it's for everyone but it's socially acceptable over here. Dinner parties, summer concerts - lots of folks use it.

Like any drug, alcohol and tobacco included, effects will vary depending on who uses it.

The fact that it's an illicit drug in many countries only adds to the appeal IMO. Make it legal, tax it, and it will soon lose the appeal for many.

I genuinely don't see how making it legal will stop illegal gangs selling it when they still have the product to sell... the black market for it will still be there... anyone that believes it's harmless is in my mind an idiot.
