Define error, for every goal you can pick fault at one area where an 'error' was made. Could be loosing possession cheaply in the other half which results in a counter attack? What's the time scale to an error been made and a goal scored?

It probably would have ended up there, except you blew my cover and gave BCS warning of the impending attack. So I'm keeping my powder dry.
