Lost another 2 today taking me to over a stone in 6 weeks, start half marathon training again this week so I'm hoping it will continue at the same rate.
Well done to all involved who are losing weight. Not an easy feat. However, has anyone got any tips or certain foods to eat what worked for them when it comes to putting weight on? A strange one you might think but I eat like a horse but can't go much higher than 14 stone at 6'8. I go to the gym regularly but with minimum cardio, obviously. Any tips would be appreciated! Cheers.
