I'll tell you something for nothing. It makes you appreciate what Terry and Dick are doing for Rovers.

Surely he knew this would happen so i reckon hes happy with a good pay off and a raised profile. Will probably walk into a league 1/2 job now with a pocket full of cash.

I thought he was doing a fabulous job at Leeds... Shame he won't be able to finish what he started.

Absolute joke club, couldn't happen to a nicer set of tossers.  Cellino sacked a good manager in mcdermott and appoints a non league manager in hockaday,  then gives him the boot after six games, hilarious

Rolando Maran current favourite at 5/4. This guy doesn't hang around at clubs very long so would be ok with only lasting a few weeks probably?

Sure I saw somewhere tha he'd gone through 36 managers in 20 seasons at his other club (Cagliari?)

This makes a mockery of the new, and supposedly improved, FL owners tests.

He probably ought to save himself any bother and appoint Massimo Cellino next.

The Leeds fans were singing sacked in the morning to him after they went 2 1 down last night. Disgraceful in my opinioN.
They also smashed seats and were throwing them down and they were landing on their own supporters. Mainly the disabled ones that were moved from the concourse onto the cinder track at the side.
The Leeds supporters that I know would never behave like this but these tickets were supposedly only issued to gold card members so surely seats could be linked to IDs.

You'd almost think there was something a bit 'wrong' about going through managers so fast wouldn't you? Obviously, there'd have to be contracts paid off each and every time he sacks one. I can't help wondering just who's money it is that does the paying. 6 games is so bloody ridiculous, and expensive, that I really can't stop wondering what might lie behind the headline.

well i like Leeds.

Same here - the city that is rather than the football team.

I have lived here for the most part of my adult life and on the whole, it is a damn sight better than Doncaster.

Poor old Neil Redfearn has been put in temporary charge.

Here he is, after being told Hockaday had been sacked.
