Any one scoring for Carlisle must be good !!
Seriously hope Billy does well ,he was a good servant for us -he always gave 100% and i will never forget that amazing run down the wing to pass to Copps at Brentford .

Amazing run Lol!

You make it sound like he was Ronaldo beating all 11 Brentford plays twice over, instead of just running with the ball with no one to beat before laying it off

The real Barndoor Billy came off the bench at Crewe and won us the game. I propose that as his finest moments as a Rover.

Aye, it was a masterstroke by Flynn that. We were all booing Hume being taken off, considering he was our biggest threat. Turns out the Crewe players couldn't deal with Billy's physicality at all and we deservedly won in the end. One of the best away days in recent memory.

Crewe away was one of those things that football throws up from time to time. Didn't look much on paper but a pivotal result and a fantastic feeling when the whistle went.
