When I was a kid, my mum would always take me into the one in Waterdale on the way back to the Southern Bus Station and I'd always choose one of those green frog buns.

The only pic I could find online was this kid with a half eaten one.

We used to go to the one at the back of the Gaumont, near Ray Harrisons shop, every Saturday afternoon in the early 60's after swimming at The Old Baths, upstairs for our tea

Oh Rob I had forgotten all about those green frog buns.  Really sickly sweet but I loved them. Do they still do them?

Cooplands' Green frog buns are, regrettably, before my time. Is this what one looked like?
