Look, it's very simple. The board are not going to get rid. So whether you think they should or not is irrelevant.

Now, given that Paul is going to be our manager until the end of the season, is it best to

a) get behind the manager and the team so they play with less trepidation at home.

or

b) keep on slagging him off and heaping pressure on him and the team so they hate playing at home.

For those of you that can't work it out, the answer is b).

Unfortunately there is a chink in your logic. The home form has been mediocre to bad for over 3 years now. Long before Dickov got here and long before the fans started getting on his back. So the causality doesn't add up.

So what does that tell you. The players don't like playing at home. This must have something to do with the fans getting on their backs. Who gets the blame from the fans? The manager. This makes the situation worse.

Unless the attitude of the fans changes we are doomed.
