They seem well on top. No surprise that Bradford will drop in form for a few matches, I wouldn't bet on them making the play offs - but then I have put a "safe" tenner on Bristol winning this eve

not worth looking at what any other team doing, it's all about what rovers do now there in this possition

Well, not really... Bradford, Chesterfield and Rochdale can all overtake us with their game(s) in hand

Only Chesterfield can if we win all our games though. The next 7 games are very important and hopefully going into the last 4 games we have a gap of 4/6 points from 7th

I'm hoping Bradford's cup run will prove a costly distraction.

There's no point over analysing what other teams might do, as they will inevitably take points from each other.  We just need to concentrate on winning as many games as we can for ourselves.

Bradford's extra games will tell at the end, the legs get tired the goals are harder to come by, and you end up letting goals in through tiredness, players like Stead and the midfielder's will be feeling it now.

True and with that the confidence goes and you spiral out of control. I'm wishing the same on a dozen or so other teams too.

It takes a lot out of the legs playing games against the bigger teams, because mentally you have to concentrate more, and physically the same.
That's why the following games after big cup games there is often a drop in standard of performance.

Also whilst teams are still in the cup games there is more often than not a feeling of anti-climax and/or fear of over commitment/injury in a day to day league match.

The Valley Parade pitch is also very heavy which won't help.

It didn't seem to affect Charlton last season though unfortunately.
