I was looking to purchase a ST for myself and my girlfriend.

I initially presumed that it was £299.00 each for one but as we have not purchased one before it is £340 ish quid.

Will be price of being a new ST holder change after 31st March? Or is it just for renewals?

Reading the above the Early Bird renewals cease after tomorrow, then all prices are as of NEW. ( Full Price ).
