Aye, and it depends how we have had to spend that budget as well... Late buys probably meant more expensive buys.

Not sure how that's possible, the statistics look horrendous from tonight. If we only had 3 shots on goal and the opposition 19 not sure how we can count ourselves unlucky

YES.... and how the heads drop as soon as we concede.  Or are you happy with a 3-0 defeat? After all poor Dickov did have to deal with a messy pre-season.

The first thing PD will have to sort next season is the defence, when we don't have a defensive midfielder or they are taken off we conceed goals. Big job next season to sort out defence and score goals  lets hope he is up to it. Let's hope the owners and CEO know what they are doing to progress the club and hold PD to account.
