Lovely story on the homepage about the VSC and the club rolling out the red carpet for Sandy Lane's visit to Donny recently.

Good on you Rob.

Yes, it really was a lovely gesture by Rob to put this together, and totally a surprise until a day or so before.  My sister is a bit shy and knows next to nothing about 'soccer' but she had a great time and was as impressed as I was by the KMS and the entire match day experience.  We had a really nice day and I would encourage everyone to take the tour if possible.

I also met quite a few Rovers in the BVB, and it was nice to put faces with the names that I see on here.  All in all it was a ball, and we certainly appreciate all the trouble everyone went to for our red carpet visit!    :scarf:

Thanks everyone.  Between us, Ryan and I were determined to show the girls some top notch Doncastrian hospitality.  Sadly the match was a bit of a damp squib but that's the bit outside of anyone's control.
