He's got a ton of experience in this league, getting out of it and some brief experience of the league above also. A proven track record. He's an outstanding candidate.

Realistic as well, some of the names mentioned are way out of our league.

His Posh sides scored loads of goals too..

Not sure I like him for how he comes across, but he has to be a contender?

I've always thought him as a manager that achieves to his budget/expectation - he was allowed to spend decent money in L1 (and he certainly acquired a few non-league gems) but seemed to struggle to make the step up suggesting when the money runs out maybe he doesn't have the tactical nous to carry on. I wouldn't be against it, he's had promotions from this leage before and I'd be curious to know who was scouting non league for him and would they be part of his staff.

If he or any manager can get the best out our squad then it doesn't matter if he liked or not know. If the new man gets positive results then people will eventually turn round.

Hate is very imotive word, I don't understand how any body can hate another person, unless they have inflicted something really bad on them.

Its alright saying you want it though.  I could do that.  Doesnt mean for a moment I'll get it.

RJ's advantage is that he is sat in the big chair for at least one more game.  Dont say you want it, Jonah, just show us why they cant ignore you.

Sounds like his dad. I wouldn't say no to his dad being appointed...

Darren Ferguson does have a family connection to Rovers.

His uncle Martin played for us in the 1960s.
