Ok. I'll get shot down for this, but here goes anyway:

How long does it take to appoint a new manager FFS!?! We sacked Dickov four weeks and two days ago (someone will tell me if I'm wrong) and here we are still waiting far the new man/woman. We must be the only team in the land who doesn't have the new manager 'tapped up' before sacking the old one. It may be that Redfearn had been approached before Dickov was sacked and maybe he's now decided he wants no part in the shambles. Who knows? Maybe the board were hoping Jones would win a few games so they could give the job to him. It hasn't happened so let's move on.

We now have 10 days until the next game. FFS get an announcement made today and give the new man time to sort something out before we play again. Presumably the interviews are done and they already know who's getting the job so for Christs sake get on with it. Why are we (allegedly) waiting till next week?

It takes as long as it takes.  Be patient.  Don't think for a single second that the club have been sat on their collective backsides for a month doing nothing.

It's only a matter of time before there is a very successful female football manager.
Look at all sectors of employment and you'll find them everywhere, the police being a prime example. 40 years ago female officers weren't allowed to work beyond 11pm. Now we have women Chief Constables, Deputies etc.
It will happen in football
