The man is ''Radio Gold'', only a blade could produce that level of deluded. He is worth the licence fee on his own, he should have half an hour solely devoted to him, like they used to do with Dave Jones interviews!.

I heard it as I was driving down the M1. He started off with a sexist comment so he got cut off. Shame really as I was looking forward to a lengthy rant.

Radio Deedar must have been fun on Tuesday evening after the Blunts' latest escapades.

I would find the man funny if I knew he was being totally satirical. Him calling for the 'board out' and 'manager out' is a perfect example as that is what happens nowadays at every club as soon as they lose a few games in a row.

However, I am not entirely sure he is 100% satirical as he clearly does become emotionally involved from time to time and believes what he says.

Entertaining - I will give you that, but funny? He's not quite got the execution right.

Sheff Utd are THE textbook example of how one bad financial decision can perma-f**k your club.

In the 30 years after WWII, they had 18 seasons in Tier 1 and 12 in Tier 2.

In the early Seventies, they pretty much bankrupted themselves building the South Stand. A superb stand with excellent facilities. One of the best of the whole pre-Premier League era. But it took three years to build and the costs went out of control. It pretty well bankrupted them. And they've never really recovered. In the past 40 years, they've had
6 seasons in Tier 1
23 seasons in Tier 2
10 seasons in Tier 3
1 season in Tier 4

And they've been in pretty much permanent financial crisis through that whole time.

That one decision wrecked them for half a century.

I really enjoy RS when one of them or both Sheffield's have had a poor result. There seems no middle ground, they're either going to break into the premier league and then champions league after a win or 2, or everybody needs sacking if someone has the temerity to beat them.
As for Tuesday as per normal after a humilating it was a short programme
