As a person born on the 17th I have always thought of 17 as my "lucky number" so I think he is out of his tree.

I cant though go so far as to think I can have huge fortune changes following 17 . I have often backed on Horses wearing 17 in big fields which has not worked and so conversely I think he has proved by changing the Prog to 16b that his efforts are futile. The Seats and Progs don't know !
