Go on - I will say 4 (four)

It would have been 5 if he had booked their 21 when he should have done ... but hey 4 points (in total)covers the last 6 Refs I had marked !

Decent ref, but gets a 3 from me because he tried to play advantage and when the ball ran out of play failed to bring it back, and having a contested drop ball when he stopped play while we were in possesion

I was puzzled by the one in the first half but I thought he was right to stop play in the second. It was Coppinger's fault for taking the free kick too quickly when Rowe was clearly hurt.

I think the ref got both of these decisions right.

With the contested drop ball, it was nice to see one of those for a change.  The alternative would have been for a Coventry player to boot it downfield to our keeper.   I'd rather have the opportunity of winning the ball in a 50/50 drop ball on the edge of the opponents penalty area.

With the lack of advantage, the ref allowed Tyson to continue and he had a good advantage, but due to his own poor control, he let the ball run out of play.  Goal kick given correctly.  The ref did bring play back earlier in the half when an advantage didn't accrue due to our player being tackled without having the ball fully under his control.

Overall, the ref had a very good game.
