A Carlisle fan has posted somewhere that we've sold 1300 so far for the game next week.

Surely not?

We may have been given that many but don't think we will sell that many

A Tuesday night in Feb 142 miles from Doncaster. 700 / 800 max I would think. Even that would be a brilliant turnout.

He must have mixed it up with the allocation.

I can remember taking near on 3000 to Rochdale on a Tuesday night the last time in League Two

That Carisle fan must be either a glue or next door neighbour knicker sniffer

That was a rearranged match played in late March The weather was much milder if my memory serves me right. Was 2004 the season after our conference promotion and the fans were out in force.
Very much like Grimsby's away following this season.
