We now hear Copps is playing with a minor injury so are we going to lose him for a game or two, also Mandeville out for at least three weeks. This is where it gets sticky. I understand Longbottom is out injured too..

Rowe can go into Copps position.
My gut feeling for the team against Newport is.

                                              Lawson

                          Alcock.           Baudry.        Butler

       Blair                    Houghton.        Rowe             Mason

                          Marquis.                      Williams

So 3/5 2 2  formation. Mason and Rowe may be switched other way round.
Just my gut feeling that's all.

Subs. Etherington, Wright, Evina, Keegan, Beestin, May,  Mandeville / Longbottom ( depending on fitness)

Who are the two new keepers?

I hope that DRFC are a little more solid
So my team

Lawlor
Alcock Baudry Butler Mason
Blair Houghton Grant
Coppinger Rowe

Let's get Rowe more involved
Be more solid and hit them on the break

I'll stick up a report tomorrow night. I shall be there. :)

I'm a bit nervous tbh. The place really is a total quagmire. They're more used to it than we are. And they got a lot of new players, including a few decent ones too.  3 draws and a win in the last 4 matches, including a draw against Plymouth. I hope it's easy peasy, but I suspect it won't be.

pretty football won't be the order of the day, it will be a real scrap in a mud bath.

You could argue that these new players will be similarly impaired by playing on swampland - at least let's hope so...
