Saturday Afternoon's key fixtures (Mar. 4th. 2017)
« on March 01, 2017, 08:58:21 pm by les@donr »
Here is this Saturday's key fixtures.

Hartlepool vs Exeter

Cambridge vs Colchester

Cheltenham vs Mansfield

Crawley vs Doncaster

Plymouth vs Carlisle

Portsmouth vs Crewe

Stevenage vs Notts County

Yeovil vs Luton

Stand out game has to be Plymouth vs Carlisle. I think a Carlisle win would be good for us as it would drag Plymouth back into the chasing pack.

Luton have just lost 3-2 at home against Oxford in EFL Trophy..Shame Yeovil could just take advantage of this one

Was it at Crawley, the live TV game when we were absolutely awful and somehow we managed to scrape a draw, and they interviewed a bloody Rob Jones immediately after the match and he said "We don't know when we're beaten...we keep going.." Or words to that effect.

Could be history repeating. I suspect the results won't be as kind to us this time. This is Portsmouth's chance to catch Carlisle with Plymouth determined not to lose any more ground.

He also said that performance wasn't good enough. Nowhere near.
It was refreshing to hear him telling it like it was after a dire performance.

Crawley are in poor form at home at the moment, I see us getting a big win down there, and Carlisle turning over Plymouth. Luton could slip up at Yeovil. Pompey vs Crewe, says home win, Crewe are fighting for their lives, could end in a draw, who knows ;)

3 points plus the others further behind us. Draw between Plymouth vs Carlisle or a Carlisle win.

If our chances had gone in it would have been a big win. Got Crewe right :)

Both my eyesight and memory are going. I thought I  predicted a Crewe win. You're right I didn't. I need to go and lie in a dark room, and contemplate my existence.

I tell you what though Les, it's bloody impressive the score you got. It's way beyond statistical probability. You have a real talent mate. I should think Dutch could work out the odds on what you achieved if he's minded to do so :)

Cheers :)
