I suppose that if it's been tried out in a u17s competition ,we will have to tune into whatever Eurosport channel to see it play out .

For the neutral fan the penalty shoot out can be the most exciting part of a game ,but for the poor fans involved the most stressing .so owt that will up the anti bring it on I guess
