Also, Jersey posted that it had been changed at 10pm last night. They aren't putting a press release out then, are they?

But it would put a stop to post like mine questioning the validity of his post without anything coming out from the club

I don't really think that, for the sake of a few hours, they need to get the news out officially to quell one or two people on an internet forum talking about it.

The fact of it is, Jersey probably heard it was going to be announced somehow late last night, by which point it was set to be made public today by the clubs and the EFL. Certainly anyone in control of releasing said statement will have been at home, off the clock.
