Think he doesn't drink because his dad is an alcoholic or something like that.

Alfie has been in the gym since the end of last season he knows he was knocked off the ball too easily

I'd like to think they've all been in the gym. If you are a pro footballer and don't have the physique of Christian Ronaldo you are not working hard enough.

I can't answer for the others

Far fewer footballers don't have the physique of Ronaldo than those that do, especially at our level. Are they all not working hard enough?

Yes. There's no excuse.

LOL

That will upset some as they won't be able to berate the board, the budget or ambition

Oh I'm sure they'll still try.

But we have agreed a price with the Tykes according to some.
The sooner it is resolved one way or the other the better.

Going by Fergie's interview it would seem the info I was given about an agreed deal with Barnsley is incorrect.  :woohoo:

Britt Assombalonga

Middlesbrough have broken their transfer record to sign striker Britt Assombalonga from Nottingham Forest for a fee believed to be around £14m

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40633653

so get JM re-signed pdq with a decent buy out clause

he would be a good fit there

sadly Peterborough have a 20% sell on clause so that's going to help their promotion push

I'm on Boro to win the championship. Hope he stays fit.
