Anyone who was there last night, how did Garratt do?
He's one I think we'd all like to see progress well after a tough start with his injury etc. He looked good in the game vs Derby in Pre Season.
How did he do last night?

He played well. Not outstanding but I can't remember him making any mistakes.
He certainly didn't look out of place and compared more than favourably to ATS and Cedric last season. We look to have some good young prospects.
Joe Wright played well and Alfie Beestin looked good when he came on.
All of the team tried to play football as well, not wasting it but trying to play out with the occasional hoof to clear the lines.

Missed a header in the build up to their 1st goal, and was getting taken by their winger down the line.
Did fairly well when in possession, and was by no means a disaster, but was our defensive weakness and Fergie replaced him at about the right time when Bradford were more in the game.
He is work in progress and a youngster, and doing well and improving and shows a lot of promise.

Fergie took him off after they went down to 10 and brought on a more attacking player.

Encouraging to hear these positive reports about the lad, because when I saw him play at Oldham he was like a frightened rabbit caught in headlights.
He was repeatedly embarrassed by Oldham's winger and I genuinely felt sorry for the lad before DF did the right thing and took him off.
Good to hear he's progressed since then, and good luck to the lad.
