And Alfie starting - discuss! Good idea imho as jm not been great so far this season. A deserved kick up the arse and come on after an hour & score the winner!!

End of the day, we're here to enjoy the experience aren't we? We've nothing to lose so dropping Marquis is a good decision imo, he's been garbage up to date.

Perhaps, but as a WUM he could have served a purpose against a couple of young pups like Chambers and Holding.

Thought he looked a real threat when he came on but lacked a bit of quality in his finishing. Hope he learns from it and takes some confidence away from game. Proud of the team tonight!

Harsh but I understand it. Keep him for the weekend he is still our best striker.

For tonight, mistake to not play Marquis. Sadly May had no chance.

Perhaps Marquis more important for Saturday. If we are saving our 24 year old striker from playing two games in a week and Plymouth is such a desperately important game, we really are in trouble.

Power of Marquis really showed.

May played very well,
It's quite obvious Plymouth is more important than tonight.
Mandeville unlucky not to score at the end

May was a good choice and played ok.  He ran his bxxxocks off which is what he was required to do. Saying that Mertesaker was eating him up for breakfast
When Marquis came on he was ok
Overall that performance should hopefully lift the team and improve our season
