Tickets for Saturday
« on November 09, 2017, 11:41:27 am by BillyStubbsTears »
Anyone else having problems with the Keepmoat ticketing site?

I'm getting this message when I try to checkout (with one ticket in my basket).

"The quantity of tickets owned by you exceeds limitations!
To resolve, click "Assign Owners" and assign some of the tickets to other owners.
Sorry, you cannot buy any more tickets to event Doncaster Rovers v Rotherham Utd 11/11/2017 12:30.
Sales to this product type are limited  to 0 tickets per event per history per item owner."

Never had this message come up before. Any clues anyone?

Probably need the supporter ID's of the other people who are coming with you, would just ring up if you haven't got these to hand.

I'm just trying to buy 1 ticket for myself. All the other lads that I sit with have season tickets.

It looks like a bug on the site, or an error in my account details. I just wondered if anyone else had been having the same problem.

Silly question BST, but were you actually logged in?

I get that error message before assigning the seats.

Just dawned on me what it'll be.

There's a note on the ticket site saying they won't sell tickets to anyone with an account opened after 7/11/17.  This is to stop Rotherham fans getting home end tickets.

My account was opened years ago, but I'll bet a pound to a pinch of dog shite that there's an error on the account details database, or in the way the 7/11/17 block has been coded up.

Just done a quick tot up of the seats left available, and there's just over 2000.

Taking out the buffer zones, I reckon it means we've sold around 8500.

So, depending on sales up to kick off, we could be looking at a near 13,000 attendance.

3200 seats showing online.
take away 1000 segregation, the 300 in the South Stand that are shut off and the away allocation indicates just short of 7000 sold.

It's clearly a mistake on the ticketing site. Our kid has just tried to book one for me and got exactly the same error.

To add insult to injury, I've just got an e-mail from the club telling me "You have just 24 hours to get your tickets" and "Click here to purchase your tickets on-line" And the link leads to the same dead end.

Not massively impressive Rovers. Not many companies could survive if they made it as hard as the Rovers sometimes do for customers to part with their cash.

Another stupid question BST

Have you tried from multiple platforms/browsers/Operating systems. A while back we had a major problem with M&S online purchases via Windows but via Mac was fine.

I know the club are currently installing updates to the ticket system and are integrating that with the CRM system. That could be the problem.

Yep. Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Mobile and laptop.

SM. might be more sensible not to do that in the week of the biggest crowd of the season?

It might not be their choice BST.

Just tried buying myself. My mate who buys online regularly also tried and we're getting the same message.

Whatever the reason, it's bad timing and annoying! Needs addressing or some message of apology putting up.

Online tickets are being restricted so as to dissuade Rotherham supporters buying tickets in the home end. Its a possibility that some of our fans are being caught up in this.
The advice is that any DRFC supporter seeing this message should contact the ticket office so they can resolve this for them.

Bring some ear plugs Ian. I've not been for a few weeks so I'm ready for some shouting.
