Looks like I am one of the few who doesn't have any problems. It does work better with some browsers than others. It's good on Firefox, ok on google chrome and rubbish on internet explorer.
It’s not a question of poor quality interviews or browser choice for me. I’m simply locked out of the content which I have paid money for. They clearly have an error on their database and don’t have the information that I’ve paid them over a hundred f**king quidI’m told “You need to upgrade your account to access this content” or “Click here to subscribe to access this content.”And despite several mails, there’s no sign of it being fixed or my subscription refunded. It’s effectively stealing money for a non-existent service.
Shit happens to some folk ! You seem a very aggressive guy so a chat on the phone may not be very productive !!

There are ways that work and ways that don't in all walks of life. It has taken me 66 years to work that out !
Mostly it's been very good for me. I had problems with a couple of live matches earlier in the season, but they seemed to get that sorted.My biggest niggle, is that none of the full match replays in the app ever work. None of them. Which means I have to get up at 4am on Sunday mornings to watch live, or make do with the highlights.And even if they did work, the full match replays, which require no editing at all, don't get upoloaded till a day after the highly edited extend highlights. How does that make sense? For the price I pay, I should be able to get a good night's sleep, and watch the full replay when i get up, five hours after the game finished. Why wait days to publish the replay, when it's just the live feed repurposed. It should be up minutes after the game finishes.Never tried contacting them though. Been put off by the stores I read on here.
Finally sorted now after 4 goes at contacting them. The issue seems to be that when they reply to an e-mail, they then close down that Ticket. So, when you reply to their e-mail telling them that they are wrong, there is no follow up. As I say,decent service but the back office systems are really not up to scratch.
