Is it just me or do we seem to get these bad outbreaks every year? Seem to recall us having some virus troubles the last couple of seasons at least. Maybe time to change the caterers at the Christmas do?

I wouldn't be surprised if sickness outbreaks are probably more common than we know but nobody mentions it in public because, well, there's next to nothing to be gained.

Could explain why we were poor in the 2nd half the other night. This flu bug seems to be going around everywhere and you normally feel back to normal after a day of two so hoping most will be ok for Monday.

Well I hope they haven't got the same flu bug that I have. I've been bedridden for 4 days. It's awful!
I would imagine all the players will have had flu jabs (unlike me) so anything they get will be a mild dose. Hope so.

Nobody who gets Flu is right after a couple of days.  Even the fittest will be off their feet for best part of a week.  If you're back to normal after a couple of days you've had a Cold.

Spot on there.  Always makes me laugh when people say they've got flu and it's just a bad cold. World of difference!!

had the sickness bug in our house over xmas. me and the wife got it bad on xmas eve and was chucking up all night. had to cancel plans to go to mother-in-laws on xmas day, so every cloud n all that...
