Sounds like we're playing 4-3-3.

You can't read too much into games like this but there is a real hint at what McCann might be trying to do with his Rovers side.
When the ball is back with the keeper, the centre halves split wide with Luke McCullough dropping deep, while the full backs are very high up the pitch when Rovers have the ball - often beyond the midfielders.
This is a style which relies on the players being well drilled, knowing exactly where they have to be when the ball is in a certain area of the pitch.
