The 5 year plan is to be sustainable and be in the Championship, and then continue that status from there. So far so good. Next season needs continued building for future seasons, as does the season after. If next season we achieve a top 10 spot, or even play offs, that's all good but not necessary. The following season we should be pushing for top spots.
