Has anyone ever had a parking ticket for parking slightly out of their bay markings? As in within the lines but out of the bay by the tyres.Just something as myself and my partner have been together nearly 5 gears and commuted to a lot of places and never got fines for anything like this.We went a few weeks ago and admittedly it was my fault there was no spaces available and other people was parked not in their bays.. I ended up with a ticket which I paid anyway.Been this week and my partner got a fine as she was slightly parked forward as we wasn't able to park fully into the bay due to the person behind. It was for Scarborough avenue car park in Skegness they are handing fines for literally any breach so people beware! Am not sure if this has been the case in Donny.Have we got a case or have we got no chance?
I have had four DMBC parking tickets and appealed three of them, all of them successful. You just don't know how it's done, Cantley.
