They were indeed great finishes.
I had to laugh though that when we took the short free kick option leading to Crawford’s goal, some people near me had just started to shout “rubbish, get the ball into the f***ing box”.

In fairness to those people we DO tend to piss about with quick free kicks that turn into nothing a lot of the time. Just nice for it to pay off twice today.

What was with the Rowe celebration? Or lack of it?

Just lumping the ball into the box doesn’t produce too many goals either.

They are still there when you take a short free kick.

I took it as something along the lines of "am a f**kin hero I just did that deal with it".

I noticed that all the outfield players got to him to celebrate the goal.
Nice to see.

I was hoping we would take as long as Wimbledon had done when they scored.

I agree Red; one or two have mentioned the supposed lack of a celebration, but for me it was a typical German style reaction; he just stood there and stuck his chest out as if to say"that's how you do it".

Probably after watching Marquis and Wilks miss chance after chance after chance for 10 weeks it was more - that’s how simple it is

Did you not notice the 2 players decide it was a good time to tie their laces before returning to their own half after the celebration?

Rowe hardly ever celebrates his goals.

I plead guilty your honour!

Nice to keep a clean sheet and not get any yellows as well.

Yep me too. Perfect opportunity for a cross in most situations.  But, what a strike and fair play for that.

One of those situations where both sides will.criticise the goals conceded as the defending was poor for all three goals.
