Transfer window for managers

Just a random thought.  How would it affect every club in the country if you couldn’t replace your manager until January like players.

Interesting thought. I quite like it in principle but I'm sure those managers who got the boot on the last day of the window and then couldn't find work for 6 months would disagree!

It wouldn't work would it. I think managers get sacked far too often but if you have a manager getting it completely wrong, who has lost the dressing room or is just plain rubbish then what good does it serve anyone to be stuck in that situation for months, or til the end of the season with relegation looming etc.
