Phew, when I first read that I thought that Scunny had scored!

Humberside commentator saying Scunny are second best in all departments and our quality is so much better!

Sorry for giving you palpitations there, Wilts, although they did come close. Denied by Marko

Summary of the first half?
Poor pitch quality we are head and shoulders better than them, if they aren’t hoofing the ball they are hoofing us, ref should have sent Magheay(sp) off for kicking Wilks and could and should have handed out at least three more, score line doesn’t reflect the game

If we don't win this  we want shooting. Bigger gulf in class than last Sunday.

According to the BBC website: “Levi Sutton (Scunthorpe United) is shown the yellow card for a bad foul.” That was in the 12th minute.
Since then, he has committed 3 further fouls. How is he, (No. 22), still on the pitch?

56' Huge chance for Rovers! Wilks hits a post before Marquis spoons the ball over the bar from close range. 0-1

 :crying:
Again, to quote the BBC:

Attempt missed. “John Marquis (Doncaster Rovers) right footed shot from the centre of the box is too high.”
Doesn’t sound too much of a sitter to me!

Rovers must get a foot on the ball and get back to playing it simple.

These are the games where we really have to put these teams to bed when in total control..

Been very lax this half. Need to get a grip in midfield. A real test if we are good enough this game now.
