Why hasn't McCann changed anything? Some players are ineffective this half.

Substitution, Doncaster Rovers. Tommy Rowe replaces Ali Crawford.

Rovers want shooting for not winning that and Marquis needs a good kicking. That's three sitters he's missed now and for a striker of his supposed quality, that's criminal.

If we don't win this  we want shooting. Bigger gulf in class than last Sunday.

Right. Who's first against the bleeding wall?

All over. We allowed Scunthorpe back into that. Should have been arguably out of sight and Scunny were the better team for the last 30. For some reason we lost focus after the Marquis miss. Not the finished article yet.

Very poor result. Scunny were weak and we failed to take advantage. Marquis was well below par. Missed a real sitter (or two). Midfield just didn’t get a grip second half.

What disappoints me is we failed to learn from last week by using the game to learn how to control a game and not lose focus. We shouldn't have allowed the Marquis miss to affect us that badly. Let themselves down and the travelling fans.

56' Huge chance for Rovers! Wilks hits a post before Marquis spoons the ball over the bar from close range. 0-1

 :crying:
Again, to quote the BBC:

Attempt missed. “John Marquis (Doncaster Rovers) right footed shot from the centre of the box is too high.”
Doesn’t sound too much of a sitter to me!

It WAS a sitter allright.
