Newbie to ifollow says Luton game not broadcast this Saturday,any reason?

They don't have the rights to broadcast the Saturday 3pm games to UK users, only overseas.

EDIT - apologies just realised it's international weekend, in which case I'd have thought it would be available?

The EFL clubs have a right to broadcast during International weekends, but it's been made abundantly clear to them that the supporter groups don't wish this to happen, and fair play to the EFL they support that stance.

What's the reason the supporter groups don't want it? Is it about trying to capitalise on a lack of top tier football to get more people through the turnstiles at lower level instead of watching online?

Pretty sure it’s about protection of attendances, yeah. With international breaks now having games all over the place there isn’t necessarily a clash with the Saturday 3pm games any more.

The biggest threat to attendance figures this weekend, though, is the rip off merchants at Luton charging £26/£21 for a shite seat.
