We have played far better and lost I think.
Disappointed Wilks got a needless yellow.
Crawford was very wasteful as well but at the end of the day job done.
Three points, play off place, goal difference up and maybe a bit of confidence coming back. It would be nice to build on it on Saturday and also see JM get a goal or two.

The obvious replacement for Copps without changing the system.

It wasn’t really worth a yellow for Mallik but their manager ripped into the ref, demanding it.
There had been plenty of potential bookings for Bristol players before then, all gone unpunished.
Their number 17 committed four fouls in the first twenty minutes, one bad one in particular when he caught Butler with a high boot.

Really? Playing at his very best maybe but he hasn’t and to put it bluntly he wouldn’t have made the bench if it wasn’t for the injuries. I’m not doubting his potential but it’s time he started to show it more. I’m glad he got the game time I was just surprised he got the chance
