As i've been pointing out or rather jeff Stelling has on Sky Sunderland have scored in every league game (so far fingers crossed)  we also need to keep Portmouth interested in getting second place by winning today

do not want a situation where Portsmouth have nothing to play for (meaning dont want them to lose to Sunderland in the 2nd last game ) and put out a weakenened team against peterborough

so it could be argued a draw between Peterborough And Sunderland is best ??? for Rovers

Nah
We want it to be 7 points gap on Wednesday morning.
Then it’s more or less over

Peterborough have bang average home form in the league. Their last ten home games have delivered four wins, two draws and four defeats (including to the absolutely atrocious Plymouth, and titans of Shrewsbury and Scunny).

We aren't coming near the top 5 now so there is no reason whatsoever to want Sunderland to drop points. Let's all hope they stuff Peterborough 5-0.

Mathematically are not out of it they win all their games 73 pts .

Sunderland need to win today.
Portsmouth who play Coventry at 12:30 today need to win.
Both these results for themselves but would help us.

They drew 0-0 against Barnsley, so have scored in all but one game.
