Yes - against Sunderland. The only other home league defeat was Fleetwood.

Sunderland - and Fleetwood and Accrington. Try figuring that one out.

Never mind who beats who in the last few games, if Rovers current form is repeated in the play offs, which of the other three teams would fear us? Not a single one of them, and I would suggest we would get such a severe thrashing in an away leg that the second becomes irrelevant. What on Earth is the logic in sending long high balls to a player who is a good foot smaller than defenders? Why have we suddenly taken to punting the hopeful ball forward? Why can't we pass the ball to one of our players if we get beyond the half way line? They were my questions in the first half last night, second half, so much better, but we will not get that sort of luxury against better teams. I don't have answers, that is up to the manager and coaching staff, they better sort out the answers soon!

Only thing wrong with that is the first leg is at home not away.

Worst case scenario is of course, that Peterborough and Coventry win on Saturday and we lose.

Perspective again. The current bookies odds on that treble are 15/1.

Odds against us losing and Peterborough winning, are 28/5.

simply backing peterborough for that 6th place at 6/1 makes a lot more sense £1 turns into £7

We seem tired and ragged and haven't had the luck of recent, but then haven't deserved it either. Anything can happen from here this season - for what it's worth I'd rather be in our position than Peterborough's.

The bigger picture is that 6th/7th is a reasonable position for this season. It'd be a big ask to build for a Championship season. I'd take promotion but equally be happy with a top 6 finish in League 1 next year.

One or more of Barnsley, Portsmouth and Sunderland. Charlton probably. The three coming down. And the others, including Lincoln. It'll be a tasty tussle in League 1, which is our level at the mo.

regarding the walsall peterborough match

walsall are 25/1 On for relegation their must must be some sort of combination of bottom teams playing each other meaning they must have to HAMMER peterborough to get the goal difference up

so logically being only 2/1 to beat peterborough doesnt make sense in my world

so carrying on that theory they will be vulnerable to Peterbru hitting them on the break ? a few times and boosting their goal difference ? for what its worth
