Don’t think we will need the 800 if we use the end of the west stand we should be fine

No they are on general sale now so no season ticket seats held, whatever is shown as available is all that’s left

Well that's been well managed.

Just gone on line to buy a ticket. Wanted one next to our kid's season ticket seat. Showing up as not available.

So I've bought one elsewhere. Then literally 60 seconds later, they've updated the f**king website and there's a whole pile available near our kid. After I've bought my bleeding ticket.

It's not hard is it, to get this sort of thing right.

I'd phone the ticket office, likely they'll swap it for you.

Aye. Not really the point though is it?

Firstly they've released the tickets earlier than they said they were going to do. Secondly, they've announced it before the website was updated.

Basic mistakes.

Probably not. Clearly hope tickets sell well tomorrow or Charlton will sadly probably get more.

I keep my eyes on the Blocks and sometimes they go up by 1 or 2 so they must have Tickets swapped routinely AND be used to doing it and accommodating !

I don’t mind charlton getting the 800 extra end of day it’s all cash to go to the budget for next season we can have the end of west stand if needed and get a good 14500 in there for a great atmosphere if front of the sky cameras

We would only get around £2000 of the revenue from the 800 seats, whichever set of fans get them.

No Rigo.
Some folk have a day full of meetings and will struggle to get time to call.

The point is, this is a silly error which was unnecessary easily avoidable.

Let see with Thursday, Friday and Saturday to go on general sale whether we can sell the 3000+ tickets that are left? Then it will be a good atmosphere one would hope.

With a sell out always looking extremely likely, would it not have been better to make the south stand reserved seating for this one game? Making an extra 600+ tickets available.

Have you used the card previously? I had the same problem, put the details of my bank card in again like it’s a new card and it worked.

Cheers. I tried a few times with my saved but just now the saved card didn't come up so I started from scratch and it was fine.

It was the same with me when buying for the CP game, wouldn't take my saved card.

I noticed with my card details that it had put all of the expiry date into the box for month - it’s hard to notice as the extra bit is obscured

The point is, this is a silly error which was unnecessary easily avoidable.

Whilst I agree it was avoidable, lets not forget that the ticket office staff have just four working days to prepare, implement and deliver the ticket sales for one of the biggest matches of the season.

On top of ST sales and the away leg tickets, I'm sure they're working tirelessly and doing their best. Mistakes might happen and if you jumping the gun (off your own back) has inconvenienced you - so bloody what?

If you can find the time to moan on here about it, I'm sure you can find the time to ring them and let them put it right - which I'm absolutely certain they'll do.

But yeah, keep moaning if it suits your agenda.

I'm not blaming the ticket office staff. I'm blaming the software that runs the website.

Agenda? Dear God...
