Very well done Viva, what a brilliant read!  I think we all run out of positive words to describe our legend.

I really love how he isn't afraid to be honest about the dark times he faced and a great time to publish his words and advice with it being mental health awareness week.
I have been suffering hard with depression since the birth of my little girl just over a year ago and it took me months to admit that i had a problem and would have never dreamed of talking about it out loud.  Happy to say i am now on the road to recovery and will now always be first to give the same advice of our James.

Feeling very positive about tonight now! COYR!!!
