Of course it is a step up for him, he has a more responsible job and is now the second in command at a football club, most likely less travelling and more money. All the best to the fella, and the best of luck I say. Our academy is now better than for a long time, and he was a part of it, there are good people working in the background at this club, and he will be missed, but someone else will take his place, I am sure the cogs are turning already for someone to take over his position here.
