Sandy, I think the existence of a "quid pro quo" is the legal requirement for this to be considered an impeachable offence.It is, of course, a slam dunk case. If the Republicans go tribal on this and support Trump, they'll be doing so as a frank, public admission that they out Party above Country. It'll show how far they've slipped since the Nixon impeachment.
