All I could find was this one dated last Tuesday https://www.doncasterfreepress.co.uk/sport/football/doncaster-rovers-stepping-up-recruitment-drive-220357
McCann will be in a very strong position to negotiate a better deal for himself with Terry and the Board and possibly on player budgets. But that runs counter with everything GM's said in the last few weeks since the Play Offs – rigid budgets for playing staff, allegiences to the club, avoiding mercenaries out for the fast buck etc etc....
Why is he a hypocrite.?If the Hull approach is very recent, and a decision is made quickly then that’s fair enough.. doesn’t mean he was looking for a move away.?

For him to then go as soon as a bigger club come knocking at the door. It makes all that stuff about desire to be here look like meaningless guff, rather than the frank and honest approach we all thought McCann had to his dealings. If he goes now, he is leaving us high and dry. Pre-season about to begin and no manager, no assistant and missing a huge chunk of a first team squad.I'm not pouring negativity on, because I do think we'll be fine providing we make an appointment quickly, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth a bit when it comes to McCann if he is indeed leaving.

I really want him to stay but I thought some of the stuff he's said about player salaries and moving people on or not bringing in if they arent 10,000% loyal to DRFC felt a bit naive. You need to make people feel like they're wanted. Hope he stays.

The bloke can't keep his mouth shut, airing the clubs dirty laundry in public, embarrassing himself by talking to the press about 100% done deals which aren't signed and then players chooses to go somewhere else instead, bad mouthing departing players like a dumped bitter ex trying to persuade anyone that'll listen how he's better off without them, how he can and will do better etc. Never been a good look for attracting new players has it? I for one will be glad to see the back of him as judging by the amount of players that have left the club since last season ended it looks like he'd lost the dressing room, which if you read any of the incredible amount of interviews with the local media he does isn't surprising.
Lost the dressing room.????

Wow....... you're going to look silly if he stays
McCann would only be a hypocrite if he wanted away but stayed.
