I got told last week that Michael Flynn (Newport manager) had got an interview. Haven’t seen his name mentioned in the press at all

Weird isn't it how the press are quickly aware of who some interviewees are, but not the others.

I've been told who the fifth candidate is (not Flynn) by a colleague of his agent, but there's not been a mention of him in the press at all which I find surprising.

I did promise not to broadcast the name, and don't want to drop my friend who tipped me off in it.

Can say it's a strong candidate - hence me saying they'd probably be my second choice behind Moore on another thread. A few other Rovers fans I've spoken to in person about it think he'd be a decent appointment were he to get it too. The agent also says he'd be a good fit for us, but then he's paid to say that isn't he.
