81' Niall Ennis attempts an overhead kick to get on the end of Alfie May's cross but he can't connect, before Crawford shoots over from the edge of the box.

84' Alfie May's ambitious half-volley is dragged wide.

Not a good start to the season at all, close season has been a shambles and its showing on the pitch

Surely the Board can't be happy with this striker malarkey.

2 strikers still required at the club it’s down the decision makers to make it happen. We brought in a good manager now back him and make sure we get the players we need.

Its probably more down to the target players, their parent clubs, and their agents...

In hindsight we should have kept JM until a replacement striker was signed, and then let him go. Most clubs would not let their top striker go, before getting a replacement. Now we are struggling to score goals.

DM has said that he is determined to get the PL striker on loan but how long does he let it drag on.
What if his club make a very late decision not to let him come to us?

There has to come a time when he changes his thoughts to the next man on his list.

Just not good enough, with all the opportunities we create at least one goal should be scored. The coach needs to roast a few folks here!

I’ll say it again Barmby how many of the players on the pitch scored goals last season.weve lost all our goal scorers and not replaced them
