I don't see how Doncaster council can refuse to release emergenct plans, it's hardly a state secret that the country will suffer financially from any form of brexit.

Any of those that said 'no' above want to enlighten us on what they want from brexit and what aspects of people's lives will be improved by it? I'm expecting more no's on this because you don't know.

I've been a Corbyn supporter but he is unelectable.
He's given the Right and Tory press too much ammunition and now the man in the street thinks he's a dangerous Marxist anti Semite terrorist supporting nutcase.

Corbyn has been torn apart by the right wing press. Ever since he was elected they’ve made it their mission to demonise him. They did the same with a Michael Foot in the 80’s. You’ll notice they rarely criticise his policies because they understand that the average person in the street will support many of these, so instead they make it personal.

Moaning about it is just self-indulgence. If you want Corbyn's policies, you'd better be damn sure that you have a consummate communicator to put them across and bring people with him.

This is the thing that the Left never get. They castigate Blair and Campbell (and I disliked many of their policies), but they never address WHY they emerged. The Left assumes that there's a massive swell of people in the country just desperate for a true socialist party to vote for. But their isn't. There's maybe 15-20% true believers. If Labour is to get into power, it HAS to attract a similar number of people who are not dyed in the wool socialists.

Instead, the Left has spent the past 5 years castigating them, and the last 2 years deluding itself that the unique circumstances of the 2017 GE prove that they are right.
